Hartmut, as this week’s focused glimpses on your work nears its end, I am so delighted to turn my gaze to your animal collection...thank you for your always eclectic mix of Fantasy and reality...beautiful! This one is among my favorites of your PAINTINGS not photos...I know one must look closely and READ your media tabs. So much of your digital remastery is based on your original Art...I am so often in awe...LF

Yes those big fellows are better not trifled with. - I was once with a pal visiting the then named 'Wanki Park' (in the then named Rhodesia) when we spotted a big Elephant standing next to a baobab tree - and then my (idiotic) friend got out of the car and walked towards him ! Luckily the Elephant ignored him and he returned safely to the car after having taken a few photos. - 🐘

Great capture and image! It shows movement. I had this same experience in Botswana. I was thinking "what a great photo Op." but turned to see my guide run away! I had a great story to tell at dinner! Liked, Jerome
