Description
According to Einstein and Science - Nothing can travel faster than the Speed of Light. Considering the unimaginable, and expanding, size of the Universe, if we can not overcome this 'Speed of Light' Barrier, then our exploring of space will be severely limited, and meeting other space faring civilisations a near impossibility.

Hi Jim; Thank you for your 'Favorite' - Obviously, in our unimaginable Vast Universe - there must be millions of intelligent species and civilisations 'out there' in all forms and sizes. - But, and is there not always a 'but', - unless Aliens (and Us) find or will find a way to overcome the 'Speed of Light' Barrier Limit - visits and explorations from and to across the Universe is Severely Curtailed - due to the vast distances, On top of that, the Universe is expanding, increasing those distances even more... :-)

I Love how your Art makes us think about Gaia, about the Universe, about Other possibilities...

WONDERFUL digital art, Harmut! Love your acknowledgement of Einstein! He would be right in there with the Quantum hubbub about βdark matterβ, the bozon βGod particleβ and multi-Universe dimensions, I suspect! He would have been in on the LHC and ongoing expansions of those experiments! No worries...I suspect exploration will not cease as long as there is human life and genius alive!
Hartmut Jager replied:
Thank you Laurel for your generous 'WONDERFUL' compliment and your astute Einstein comments. Indeed our innate human curiosity will carry us forward - and perhaps one day we may even discover how 'Existence' came into being ! :-)
