- The current situation is enough of a red flag, for forcing scientists and industries to consider the consequences of a dying bee population because bees are essential to our health and life on Earth. Bees alone are responsible for about one-third of the food we eat. Harvests of vegetables, fruits and nuts would fail without them. The reasons for the deeply concerning decline of bees are:

Climate change -
Pesticides -
In short, we humans are killing the bees.
