These are dark times indeed my friend. Adding to the obvious tragedy of lost lives is the blatant manipulation of public opinion in my country. Covid is a political centerpiece that disregards humanity at every turn. The brainwashed multitudes are hopelessly caught up in the circus that this pandemic has become here in the United States. Each and every time that I think the collective I.Q. could not possibly drop any lower, I am proven dead wrong. I could easily elaborate further on the things that I have seen my fellow Americans do to prove the continued decline of our intellectual capacity as a nation, but to do so would only depress me further. On a positive note Hartmut... this is a fantastic expression of the toll this whole thing has taken.

Thank you for your astute comments John. - But be assured the USA is not the only one where the I.Q, is in decline. In fact looking at the wasteful sniping and attacking each other, the so-called leaders of the most powerful nations are the worst ! - - If the had any brains, they would simply sit down together and say : "Let's us make our world better than it is right now!" - - And the most regretful things is - that that could be relatively easy to achieve - if only our tribalistic "leaders" would step beyond their narrow self-obsessed nationalistic view - and see the World as One interconnected planet ! - - -
