I remember this, the alarms , drills and great concern in my parents eyes. It was a frightening time. So great to see you encompass a whole story in this work of art and reflect a very important part of history which we will hope will NOT repeat itself. Fav

I happen to be in the German army during the Cuban Missile Crisis and whenever there was an alarm I thought 'Unbelievable, they have done it !' - And now those two juvenile macho-man Trump and Putin idiots are retching up their nuclear arsenal again - instead of reducing it. They are no better than that North Korean 'Rocketman' !

Me too, I shuttter! Thanks for sharing this, I remember the cold war too as a child and having to go under my desk and into hallways to crouch down during drills at school ( as a child), I was always afraid and I think that I was affected throughout life with fear of the nuclear capability.
